Vasalunds IF was one of 41 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Novemberpokalen 2019. They participated with one team in P06-Svår.
In addition to Vasalunds IF, 11 other teams played in P06-Svår. Vasalunds IF röd continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Lidingö FK A2 with 0-1. In the Final, IFK Lidingö FK A2 won over IF Brommapojkarna 10U and became the winner of Slutspel A in P06-Svår. Vasalunds IF also participated in P05-Svår/Extrasvår during Novemberpokalen 2018. They reached the final in Slutspel A, but lost it against AIK FF A with 0-5 and ended up in second place. Vasalunds comes from SOLNA which lies approximately 5 km from Djursholm, where Novemberpokalen takes place.
