Boo FF 3 was one of 41 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Novemberpokalen 2019. They participated with one team in P06-Lätt/Medel.

Boo FF 3 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Sollentuna FK RSV with 1-9. In the Final, Älvsjö AIK FF Röd won over Sollentuna FK Norrviken and became the winner of Slutspel A in P06-Lätt/Medel.

Boo 3 comes from Saltsjö-Boo which lies approximately 14 km from Djursholm, where Novemberpokalen takes place. The area around Saltsjö-Boo does also provide 32 additional clubs participating during Novemberpokalen 2019 (Among others: Spånga IS FK, Täby FK 2, IF Brommapojkarna 2, IF Brommapojkarna 4, Åkersberga BK, Skogås-Trångsunds FF, IK Frej Täby FK, Djurgårdens IF FF 7, IFK Lidingö FK 5 and Boo FF 1).
